Abbreviations are very important if one is preparing for the competitive exams. So I thought of collecting few important abbreviations and their respective acronyms in a file.
These acronyms are those which I found regularly and thought to be important. You can find the file in the link above.

ISRO Recruitment for Scientist/Engineer 'SC' (HQ:ICRB:03:2018)

ISRO offers the position of Scientist/Engineer -'SC' in Level 10 of Pay Matrix to the young graduates in the following disciplines  (i) Civil;  (ii) Electrical;  (iii) Refrigeration and Air Conditioning and  (iv) Architecture  Note: 'SC' is the first designation grade at ISRO. After the exam and interview, selected candidates join as Scientist/Engineer -'SC'. With experience, appropriate academic fulfilment and seniority; they're promoted to Scientist/Engineer -'SD', 'SE', 'SF', 'SG' and 'SH'. Eligibility:  Candidates who are going to complete the courses in the academic year 2017-18 are also eligible to apply, provided final degree is available by 31/8/2018 and their aggregate is 65 % marks or CGPA 6.84/10 ( average of all semesters for which results are available).
